Message	In a setup where you're averaging the input in a selin translator (as if there's only one MAF) you normally double the K-value and add 10%. You're correct that the K-value for 740s is half of what it is for 370s, so it would be correct if it weren't for that 10%. Besides that you would want to play with the fuel and timing maps to compensate for higher boost, and 740s have a different latency than 370s, too. So tl;dr, it will run, but it won't run right.
